Comments:
Today's visit was a subsidy health and safety inspection. The inspection began at 2:00pm and concluded at 4:15pm. There were twenty children present with two staff members. During the inspection arrival of the children was observed, emergency supplies were viewed, the emergency preparedness plan was viewed, gym time was observed, snack time was observed, three out of twenty-two children's records were reviewed, both staff member's records were reviewed, and some additional policies were reviewed. There are no children currently enrolled with allergies and there was no medication present. Thank you for your time, please call me at (540)309-2051 if you have any question.
