Comments:
An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated in the center on August 14, 2017 and completed on August 21, 2017 in response to a complaint regarding Staff Qualifications and Training, Programs, Physical Plant, Special Services and Special Care Provisions and Emergencies. Licensing inspector reviewed center documentation and conducted staff and collateral interviews. Based on the information obtained during the inspection there was not a preponderance of evidence that supports the allegations related to Staff Qualifications and Training, Programs, Physical Plant, Special Services and Special Care Provisions and Emergencies therefore the complaint is determined to be not valid.
