An announced initial study was conducted today. There are no children present. 3 staff files were reviewed for basic components. Full staff files are reviewed annually at the main office on another day. Health inspection and fire inspection are current. First aid and emergency supplies were reviewed. Standard #: 22VAC40-185-540-C Description: Based on review of first aid supplies, first aid is not complete. Evidence: Missing items include 1 triangular bandage and antispetic wipes. Plan of Correction: I will pick one by Monday.
