Violations:
Standard #: 22VAC40-185-270-A
Description: Based on observation, the center did not maintain areas in a clean, safe and operable condition inside and outside. Evidence: Small areas of peeling paint were observed on the radiator, at child level, throughout the room. Outside, to the side of the playground area, bolts are protruding up from the support pole under the staircase.

Plan of Correction: We will immediately contact the landlord to coordinate painting and covering the bolts.
