Comments:
An unannounced complaint investigation was initiated on 8/29/17 and completed on 9/1/2017. Based upon multiple staff interviews, observation of the Center's video recording system and the Center's infant classroom the preponderance of evidence does not support the allegation. The violation cited today was found during the course of the investigation and determined not part of the investigation. Thank you for your cooperation. Description: Based on observation of the Center's video recordings of the infant room on 8/24/17 an infant's position and selection of toys was not changed every 30 minutes. Evidence: The center's video recording system recorded Child #1 remain in the same position for approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes on 8/24/2017. During this time a change in selection of toys did not occur.

Plan of Correction: We will be retraining all teachers on child interaction in the classroom.
