Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:35am to 12:45pm. 73 students were directly supervised by 17 staff members. Ratios in each classroom were in compliance. The physical space, 8 children's records, 6 staff records, evacuation drills, attendance records and medications were reviewed. Medication management was in compliance. Required documents were posted and overall record management was in good order. Lunch today was cheese pizza, sliced turkey, peaches, carrots and milk. Infant bottles were correctly labeled. Staff were actively engaged with the children and activities. The space was clean, organized and age-appropriate materials were displayed throughout the school. No violations were cited today.
