- Technical Assistance:
Today we discussed the importance of documenting any condition or injury that a child arrives to daycare with and speaking with the parent immediately upon discovery to ensure an accurate account of when the condition or injury occurred is specifically documented and established.
An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on September 8, 2017 in response to a complaint that was received in the licensing office on 11/18/14 regarding alleged noncompliance in the areas of Physical Plant , Staffing and Supervision, Programs and Special Care Provisions. Based on the information gathered, there was not sufficient evidence to support the allegations, so complaint is found to be not valid. However, a non-compliance which was not directly part of the stated complaint but was discovered in the course of investigating the complaint is identified on the violation notice. Thank you for your time during today's inspection. Please do not hesitate to contact me if I may be of assistance.
