Comments:
A complaint was received on 8/3/17 in regards to an accident on the playground involving a child which may have resulted in an injury. The complainant was concerned of the supervision of the children during the summer camp outside activities. An unannounced complaint investigation was initiated 8/3/17 where the injury report was reviewed and staff were interviewed. Staff records were also reviewed. A follow-up unnannounced inspection was made on 8/17/17. Staff were interviewed on this date. Based on interviews and record reviews the complaint of lack of supervision could not be substantiated.
