Comments:
Today an unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted starting at 2:10pm. There were 39 children present today with 4 staff. Today's snack was oatmeal s'more bites and whole milk. Children were observed arriving from school, greeting the staff and playing outside on the basketball court. Medications with authorizations were reviewed. Medication Administration Training (MAT) and First Aid/CPR certifications were checked today. Staff records are reviewed annually in the administrative office. Description: Based on observation, cleaning materials were not stored separately from food. Evidence: There are various cleaning and sanitizing materials stored on the top shelf of a storage closet along with food.

Plan of Correction: We will move the cleaners to another shelf.
