An unannounced monitoring inspection was done today November 9, 2017 beginning at 6:30 AM and ending at 8:00 A.M. There were 14 children in attendance today with four staff present. The children were playing with a variety of table activities. Medication, five staff's and five children's files were reviewed. Discussion with site director about ensuring that all staff have completed the new swore statement that was required as of 9/1/2017.
