An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 10:30am - 1:45pm. At the time of entrance, 40 children were in the care of 6 staff members present. Children were observed during outdoor play, handwashing, lunch [of peas, pasta and fruit] and transitions to naptime. Infants were observed during bottle feeding, singing nursery rhymes, tummy time, diapering and handwashing. Inspector reviewed injury reports, evacuation drills, and shelter in place drills.
