Inspector reviewed the lockdown drill requirement with the center administration during this inspection.
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 11/17/17 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. At the time of inspectors' arrival there were 62 infant to preschool aged children in care with 11 staff members and 2 administrators. Children were observed participating in educational activities, handwashing and toileting, lunch, indoor play and transitioning between activities. A sample of 7 children's records and 6 staff records were reviewed. Medications and injury reports were also reviewed. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection.
