Comments:
32 children were in care during the inspection. The age range of the children was two years to four years old. Children were observed during lunchtime, outside time and free play. No children were on medications at this time. Five staff and five children records's records were reviewed. Inspection time 11:45 am to 2:00pm.

Violations:
Standard #: 22VAC40-185-280-B
Description: Based on observation not all hazardous substance were kept locked. Evidence: In room L127 there was Lysol spray and disinfectant wipes stored in a unlocked cabinet. In room L125 there was disinfectant wipes stored on the counter . All had keep out of the reach of children warning labels.

Plan of Correction: All were removed and locked in a cabinet.
