An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on November 14, 2017 from 2:00pm until 3:30pm. Upon arrival to the facility, there were thirty-eight children present with six staff members. The children were observed participating in age appropriate activities, hand washing and afternoon snack. Five children's records were reviewed. The licensing inspector toured the facility and reviewed supervision, emergency supplies, practice drills, nutrition, physical plant, required postings, and administration. An exit interview was conducted with the facility director prior to the end of the inspection. There were no violations cited. Staff records were reviewed on November 20, 2017 at the facilities central records location with the Human Resources Coordinator. There were no violations cited.
