Technical assistance was provided in the following areas of the vendor agreement: VENDSUB-000-(9)-31.A (Emergency preparedness plan); VENDSUB-000-(9)-32.A.3 (Lockdown drills)
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 11/27/17 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The Licensing Inspector arrived at 10:02am and departed at 12:30pm. At the time of the tour, there were 39 children, ages five months old through four years old. Children were observed participating in various class activities, eating lunch and during rest period. The sample size was five children and five staff. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements.
