Comments:
An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted with the center director and center staff. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date (see that report for details). There are currently 17 staff employed by the facility. All staff have documentation of the mandatory VA Pre-service Training and are currently certified in first aid and CPR. There are three children with diagnosed food allergies currently enrolled. The emergency drill log was reviewed for evacuation drills , shelter in place drills, and lockdown drill.
