Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted on January 16, 2018 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The director was present along with 6 children, ages toddler through preschool, with 2 staff. School age children were not present. There were no medications being administered and no children in care with diagnosed food allergies. Emergency plans and drills were reviewed. All staff had completed the Pre Service Training for child care staff and had current first aid and CPR certification.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in the licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental health and safety requirements were found.
Inspection began: 12:30
Inspection ended: 2:30
