Technical Assistance:
1. Reviewed/discussed all components of subsidy regulations. 2. Discussed the importance of storing medications in a locked location, and keeping potentially hazards products out of reach of children. 3. Information about new regulations given to vendor. 4. Forms provided: attendance, proof of identity, and fieldtrip/transportation.

Comments:
10:00-11:25am Conducted an initial announced subsidy inspection. There are currently no children enrolled however, there were 3 children that live in the home = 5 points with the vendor. A visiting adult was in/out of the home during the inspection. The entire home was inspected. Childcare areas were found to be clean + sufficiently supplied with toys, though the vendor stated that she intends to purchase more equipment as children enroll, as needed. The vendor is currently certified in First Aid/CPR.

Description: Based on observations made, it was determined that there was not a working battery operated radio in the home. Evidence: The on/off switch was broken on the first radio, and the second one was not working by battery.

Plan of Correction: The vendor said she will order a radio.
