Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 12/12/2017 to review supplemental health and safety requirements.57 children directly supervised by 10 staff members. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. No medications were reported to be on site. The children were engaged in various activities, to include: free play, legos, interactive music, and infant care. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. Inspection conducted from approximately 8:10am to 10:20am. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
