Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 10:15 am - 11:30 am. There were 15 children in care being supervised by two staff members. The children were observed participating in story time, active movement activities, and structured center activities. Lunch served today is chicken slider on swirl bun, baked beans, craisins, and milk. Ten children's records were reviewed and in compliance. One medication was on observed and in compliance. There are two staff members on site who are MAT (Medication Administration Training) certified. The most recent emergency escape drill was conducted 01/16/18 and the most recent shelter in place drill was conducted 10/19/17.
