Technical Assistance:
Discussed: Medication authorization forms. Children's activities and interactions.

Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 3:00pm-5:30pm. There were 38 children directly supervised by 3 staff. The physical plant, 5 children?s records, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, coloring, playing in the gym area, painting wooden maracas, making origami figures and eating snack. Today's snack consisted of milk and Cinnamon Elf Graham crackers. Staff-to-child ratios were in compliance. The cafeteria was found to be clean, safeguarded appropriately, and adequately supplied with equipment and supplies. Medication management was in compliance. Required staff training documents were on-site. Required documents posted. Record keeping was in compliance. There were no violations cited during today's inspection.
