The available fire inspection document was dated 2/17/17. Please be sure your agency has made contact to have your next annual inspection conducted.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 11:10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. At the time of entrance the following adult to child ratios were observed: 15 children, ages 3 to 5 years old, with 2 staff The records sample size consisted of 4 children?s records. Staff records are housed off site and will be reviewed at a separate inspection. Children were observed cleaning up from table activities, gathering at the group time carpet, listening to music and practicing phonetics, eating lunch and settling on cots for rest period. Food service, hand washing and table sanitizing were also observed. Medication administration was not observed. Staff #1 stated that there are no children currently attending who require medication during the time they are in care. Medication Administration training certificates were viewed for both staff. Staff stated that children are not routinely transported in a vehicle and that there have been no accidents or injuries incurred by children in care requiring first aid or medical treatment since the last licensing inspection.
