An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on March 5, 2018. The director was present for the inspection. In Classroom A there were 12 children with 2 staff; in Classroom B there were 13 children with 2 staff and a volunteer; in Head Start 1 there were 13 children with 2 staff; and in Head Start 2 there were 15 children with 2 staff. All of the children were engaged in various activities which included blocks, construction, coloring, reading, and housekeeping play. Eight children's files and 5 staff files were reviewed. Emergency drills had been documented. Medication was on site with the required authorizations.
