An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on March 2, 2018. There were 15 children present with two staff members. The children were observed having breakfast which consisted of sausage biscuits, applesauce and milk and playing in centers. A parent visitor also surprised the children with a discussion and observation of his tree cutting vehicle. The licensing inspector reviewed the physical plant, administration, required postings and documentation, health and safety supplies and procedures, nutrition and supervision. Two staff records were reviewed. Five children's records were reviewed. There are currently no medications at the center. The outdoor playground equipment is not being utilized at this time; the facility is using the open grassy area as the outdoor play space. Exit interview was conducted with the Program director/Lead Teacher.

Description: Based on observation and inspection of the facility, the licensee did not ensure that when centers choose to provide meals or snacks all requirements are followed. Evidence: During the inspection conducted on March 2, 2018, the center did not have the snack menu dated and the lunch menu for March had not been posted.

Plan of Correction: We will correct the menu and make it for each day.
