Comments:
An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted with the director beginning at 7:50 AM and ending at 9:15 AM. There were thirty-four school-age children in the care of four staff members during the inspection. The children were observed playing large group games. The children were observed eating breakfast which consisted of mini pancakes or cereal, cheese sticks, chilled apple juice or raisins, and milk. Rest room and hand washing procedures were observed. Ten children's records and three staff records were reviewed and in compliance. Seven medications were reviewed and in compliance. The most recent emergency escape drill was documented as 3/6/18. The most recent shelter-in-place drill was documented as 11/6/17. The most recent lockdown drill was documented as 1/11/18.The most recent fire inspection was documented as 7/27/17.
