An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted from 7:15 - 8:20 am in conjunction with a monitoring inspection. There were 19 children present, ranging in age from six years to ten years of age, with two staff supervising. The children were observed participating in board games, a large group game with a ball, washing hands and eating morning snack. Morning snack served today was apples and milk. Two staff records and three children's records were observed and in compliance. Two emergency medications and authorizations were reviewed and in compliance. Based on observation and review, SHSI requirements were met and no violations were issued. If you have any questions regarding this inspection, contact Donna Libermanat 540-359-5244 or email Donna.Liberman@dss.virginia.gov.
