We talked about the annual health inspection due date.
Thank you for your asssitance during today's unannounced monitoring inspection conducted from 2:50 PM to 5:45 PM. Today, there were thirty-nine school age children with four to five staff. It was reported that thirteen children were with two staff during hours before school. I viewed program activities, daily routines, snack/nutrition, staffing, supervision, interactions with children, posted information, agency reports, injury records, emergency supplies and drill records, emergency planning, five records for children, training records for seven staff, indoor and outdoor areas. The children enjoyed active play in the gym and outside. A variety of choices for games and play were available in the cafeteria. A movie was shown toward the late afternoon. Children's seasonal art creations were displayed in the cafeteria. The staff were observed providing attentive supervision. No violations were observed at this time. This program has maintained substantial compliance with the minimum standards. Let me know if you have any questions. 540/430-9289
