Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted from 4:00 - 6:30 pm. There were 34 children present, ranging in age from 5 years to 11 years of age, with four staff supervising. The children were observed having free play, washing hands to prepare for snack, eating snack, and having homework/reading time. Snack served today was cereal and milk. Five children's records and four staff records were reviewed and in compliance. Emergency escape drills are up to date. The last fire inspection was 3/6/2018. The last health inspection was 12/7/2017. Accident reports were reviewed and complete. Six medications for four children were reviewed and in compliance.
