A subsidy complaint investigation was conducted on April 3, April 5, and April 10, 2018. The exit meeting was conducted with the center director on April 10, 2018. Based on interviews, observation, and documentation review, there was no corroborating evidence to substantiate the complaint regarding nutrition and food services.
