Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted beginning at 6:45 a.m. and ending at 7:45 a.m. with the director and one staff. There were three children in care ranging in age from six to ten years of age. Children were observed playing at their choice of centers that included legos, card game, art and choice of board games. Children washed hands and prepared for breakfast. Breakfast today was toast, strawberry yogurt and milk. Three staff records including two new staff were reviewed.
