Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. The preschool extended day and after school extended day programs were inspected. All groups are in ratio. 3 staff and 6 children's files were reviewed. All were complete. Medications, first aid supplies, emergency supplies, emergency evacuation drills, mulch on the playground, and labeled lunch boxes were all in compliance. Children were observed playing in the room, transitioning to the after school program and doing homework. Description: Based upon a review of available documentation, an annual fire inspection has not taken place at the facility. Evidence: The fire inspection available for review is dated 3/28/2017 (expired).

Plan of Correction: The fire marshal will be contacted to schedule an inspection.
