A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 05/08/2018 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. An unannounced renewal study was conducted today. All rooms are in ratio during the inspection. 5 staff and 5 children's records were reviewed. All were complete. Children were observed resting quietly, being fed, during diapering and playing a variety of games. Emergency escape drills, emergency supplies, menu and first aid supplies are all in compliance. Medications and injury reports were also reviewed. See violation notice for missing information. LI was present today from 2:00 PM - 4:50 PM If you have any questions regarding this inspection, please contact me at 703-479-4678 or at Sarah.Marbert@dss.virginia.gov. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.

An adverse action is not final until a provider has exhausted or waived all due process rights. For compliance history prior to July 1, 2003, or information regarding the status of pending adverse actions, please contact the Licensing Inspector listed in the facility's information.
