Comments:

An unannounced focused inspection was conducted on January 25, 2022 at the Chester location from 08:45 am to 09:10 am. During this inspection a physical plant inspection was completed. An exit interview was conducted on January 25, 2022 at 9:05 am with the Documentation Supervisor. There were no areas of non-compliance identified, there were no violations of the Standards for Child Placing Agencies determined during this inspection. The licensee should retain a copy to be posted at the facility. Results of the inspection are subject to public disclosure and will be posted on the Virginia department of Social Services public website within five business days, regardless of whether or not a Plan of Correction is completed.
