Type of inspection: Monitoring Date(s) of inspection and time the licensing inspector was on-site at the facility for each day of the inspection: The Licensing Specialist requested to initiate an inspection remotely. This inspection occurred on 6/29/2023 from 8:00 to 11:00p.m. and 6/30/2023 from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m. The Licensing Inspector contacted the Director of Foster Care Services to initiate an remote inspection and concluded an exit with the Director of Foster Care.
