Comments:

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 9/16/2021and concluded on 9/17/2021. The Treatment Foster Care Director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. The Client Operations Manager provided information required to conduct the inspection. The inspector emailed the Treatment Foster Care Director a list of items required to complete the remote documentation review portion of the inspection. The inspector reviewed documents from two (2) foster child, three (3) staff, and two (2) provider home records. An exit interview was conducted with the Treatment Foster Care Director, Regional Supervisor, Client Operations Manager, Sr. Manager of Foster Care Administration, Admissions Manager, Foster Family Trainer Supervisor, Documentation Specialist, Treatment Foster Care Supervisor, and a Sr. Treatment Foster Care Family Consultant on the date of inspection, where findings were reviewed and an opportunity was given for questions, as well as for providing any information or documentation which was not available during the inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
