Comments:

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. An announced mandated monitoring inspection was conducted on 8/4/2020. The Executive Director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. The agency reported five (5) foster children and youth in placement. The agency reported two (2) new staff since the last inspection. The inspector emailed the Executive Director the case the records to be reviewed and items required to complete the inspection. The inspector reviewed one (1) youth record and two (2) personnel records. An exit interview was conducted with the Executive Director at 1:00 p.m. on 8/4/2020. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
