Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection took place on June 5, 2019, from 10:15 am to 1:00 pm at Adoption Home Studies by Loving Families, located at 2106 Mountain Road, Lovettsville, Virginia, 20180. The agency reports ten families approved and waiting for placement since date of last inspection. Five families are receiving post placement suupervision services. Presently, there are no active birth parent/child cases. The Executive Director was available for the inspection and present for the exit interview on June 5, 2019 at 12:30pm. During this inspection, three adoption records were reviewed. There were no citations for violations of the Standards for Licensed-Child-Placing Agencies. An acknowledgement of Inspection form was signed by the Executive Director on June 5, 2019.
