Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 07/30/2019 from approximately 1:00 pm to 4:25 p.m. The agency reports ten children in care and eight approved provider homes. During the inspection one foster child record, one provider home record and two personnel records were reviewed. An exit interview was conducted on 07/30/2019 at approximately 4:00 p.m. with the executive director to discuss the inspection findings. There were no violations of Standards for Licensed Child-Placing Agencies.
