Comments:

An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted at Children's Home Society on 11/08/2019 from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm regarding an allegation of physical abuse of a child by a foster parent. During this inspection one adoptive home record was reviewed. The Chief Program Officer and the Foster Care and Adoption Senior Social Worker were available during the inspection and the exit interview at the end of the inspection. An acknowledgment form was signed. The complaint is deemed as invalid. There were no citations for violations of the Standards for Licensed Child-Placing Agencies.
