Comments:

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. A renewal inspection was initiated on 11/16/2020. The inspection was concluded on 11/24/2020. The Chief Administrator was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. The agency reports 18 families approved and waiting. The inspector emailed the Chief Administrator a list of items required to complete the inspection. The inspector reviewed documents from 3 provider home records and 2 personnel records submitted by the agency. Background checks were reviewed for 1 additional family that was approved since the last inspection. Background checks for 4 corporate officers and 1 agent empowered to act on behalf of the corporation were reviewed in compliance with regulations regarding license renewals. An exit interview was conducted on 11/24/20 with the Chief Administrator. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
