This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. A renewal inspection was initiated on 12/07/2020. The inspection was concluded on 12/11/2020. The Executive Director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. The agency reports 21 families approved and waiting. The inspector emailed the Executive Director a list of items required to complete the inspection. The inspector reviewed documents from 3 provider home records and 4 personnel records submitted by the agency. Background checks for 4 corporate officers and 1 agent empowered to act on behalf of the corporation were reviewed in compliance with regulations regarding license renewals. An exit interview was conducted on 12/11/2020 with the Executive Director. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
