Comments:

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. An announced monitoring inspection was initiated on 6/2/2021 and concluded on 6/7/2021. This office houses the closed records for all the Virginia licensed offices of CCEVA. On occasion, child-placing activities occur at this location but no active client and family records are retained here. The physical office was inspected via video on 6/7/2021 with the director of adoption and child welfare and is in compliance with 22VAC40-131-50. The agency's license and results of the most recent licensing inspection were posted near the agency's entrance, in compliance with 22VAC40-131-50.
