Comments:

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. An announced monitoring inspection was initiated on 6/10/2021 and concluded on 6/15/2021. The Director responded to the notice of inspection. The agency reported 44 children and youth in placement and 28 approved provider homes at the time of inspection. Documents from five (5) foster child and four (4) foster home records were reviewed during this inspection. The Director and Foster Parent Coordinator participated in the exit interview on 6/15/2021. There were no citations issued for violations of the Standard for Licensed Child Placing Agencies.
