This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A nonmandated inspection was initiated on 6/25/21 due to a self report by the agency regarding an approved provider that was the subject of a CPS complaint. The inspection was concluded on 7/09/21. The inspector emailed the Executive Director and the Foster Care and Adoption Program Manager a list of items required to complete the inspection.
The inspector reviewed documents from the provider home record that was the subject of the self report.
An exit interview was conducted on 7/09/21 with the Executive Director.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
