A renewal inspection was initiated on 08/06/2021 when this licensing specialist sent a hybrid inspection form to an agency representative (AR-1). The hybrid inspection form included a list of items required to complete the inspection. The inspection was concluded on 8/11/2021. The agency reports 10 families approved and waiting for placement. The inspector reviewed documents from 2 provider home records and 1 personnel record submitted by the agency. Background checks for 4 corporate officers were reviewed in compliance with regulations regarding license renewals. An exit interview was conducted on 8/11/2020 with an agency representative (AR-1). The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
