Comments:

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 8/24/2021 and concluded on 8/26/2021. The executive director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. The executive director reported that the current census was no children in care and no approved provider homes. The inspector emailed the executive director a list of items required to complete the remote documentation review. The inspector reviewed background checks for 1 employee. The executive director was interviewed during the inspection. An exit interview was conducted by telephone with the executive director and contractor on 8/26/2021 at 2:30 pm where findings were reviewed and an opportunity was given for questions, as well as for providing any information or documentation which was not available during the inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
