A mandated monitoring inspection was initiated on 10/07/2021 and concluded on 10/07/2021. The executive director was contacted by telephone to conduct the inspection. The executive director provided information needed via email to complete the inspection. The executive director was interviewed during the inspection.
This office houses the closed records for all the Virginia licensed offices of CCEVA. On occasion, child-placing activities occur at this location but no active client and family records are retained here.
The physical office was inspected via video on 10/07/2021 with the executive director and is in compliance with 22VAC40-131-50. The agency's license and results of the most recent licensing inspection were posted near the agency's entrance, in compliance with 22VAC40-131-50.
