An onsite unannounced, monitoring inspection was conducted on February 2, 2022 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and on February 3, 2022 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. The agency is currently working with 42 approved providers.
During this inspection, 5 adoptive home records were reviewed and 6 personnel records were reviewed. There were no citations for violations of the Standards for Child-Placing Agencies. The Director of Corporate Social Services was available for the inspection and present for the exit interview at the end of the inspection on 2/03/22.
