Comments:

An onsite unannounced, monitoring inspection was conducted on February 18, 2022 from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm. The agency is currently working with 23 approved providers. During this inspection, 4 adoptive home records were reviewed and 1 personnel record was reviewed. The Executive Director and the Director of Operational Support were available for the inspection and present for the exit interview at the end of the inspection on 2/18/22. There were no citations for violations of the Standards for Child-Placing Agencies.
