Comments:

An onsite unannounced, monitoring inspection was conducted on March 22, 2022 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. The agency has no approved providers at this time and no children placed. During this inspection, two personnel records were reviewed. The agency's program evaluation and improvement plan was also reviewed. There have been no changes to the program statement or policies and procedures. The Executive Director was available for the inspection and present for the exit interview at the end of the inspection. There were no citations for violations of the Standards for Child-Placing Agencies.
